In addition to her professional accomplishments, Frances is a dedicated volunteer mentor with one of Canada’s largest youth mentoring organizations, where she has made a significant impact on many young lives. Her commitment to personal development is further evidenced by her achievements as an accomplished Toastmaster amongst others. She has served as Club President, leading her club to earn the prestigious President's Distinguished Club title through outstanding performance and dedication.
Frances holds a Master of Management in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the esteemed Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, further solidifying her expertise and dedication to fostering innovation and leadership in the next generation.
