With over 15 years of professional experience, Frances Nwadigo is a dynamic Supply Chain expert, youth transformation coach, and intentional mom of three adolescents — dedicated to equipping young people with the confidence, resilience, and purpose to thrive in today’s complex world. Frances blends corporate expertise with her passion for youth development, drawing from her background in business innovation and leadership to design programs that prepare the next generation for real-world success. Beyond her corporate career, she serves as a volunteer mentor with one of Canada’s largest youth mentoring organizations and is an accomplished Toastmaster, having led her club to achieve the prestigious President’s Distinguished Club title.
Frances holds a Master of Management in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University, Ontario. Her unique combination of professional excellence, leadership experience, and intentional parenting has positioned her as a trusted voice and powerful advocate for youth empowerment and education — and as the visionary founder of Youthversity.
