Emerging Diamonds Mentorship Program

This program is designed to support parents seeking to enhance their tween to teenage daughters’ capacity to thrive and excel amidst modern-day adversities. The Emerging Diamond Mentorship Program is a comprehensive approach to helping girls build incredible self-esteem, confidence, grit and resilience.
We believe that building up self-esteem in young people, especially girls, is critical to their development and we provide youth with access to inspirational female mentors, live virtual mentoring events, original content and curriculum teaching vital life lessons and essential life skills to improve self-esteem, build positive mindset, refine character, set them on a path to uncover their unique purpose and positively transform the trajectory of their lives.
The Emerging Diamond Program was designed to be a comprehensive approach to helping our young diamonds in the rough build self-esteem, incredible confidence, grit and resilience. We recognize that building core skills that translate to winning habits and character in youth takes time and consistent reinforcements, and we have devoted a full year to do just that.     
We have two programs: One specifically designed for girls to empower them to overcome the challenges they struggle with and another for boys and their unique set of challenges.  We focus on understanding your adolescent at a deeper level to provide them the tools to navigate the turbulent time of adolescence, minimize the impact of societal pressures, manifest inner strength and emerge as refined diamonds with our transformative 3-step Framework in the course of the year long mentorship.

Equip

This step focuses on providing girls with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to thrive in various aspects of their lives. By identifying and understanding the individual strengths, interests, and areas for growth of each girl, our coach works with girls to develop essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence.
Girls are equipped with strategies for setting goals, making informed decisions, and overcoming challenges they may encounter on their journey.

Test

Girls have the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they have acquired in real-world situations. By encouraging girls to step out of their comfort zones and take on new challenges, experiences, and opportunities, our Coach provides guidance and support as girls navigate these experiences, helping them reflect on their successes, failures, and lessons learned. Practicing being comfortable with uncomfortable situations allows girls to build resilience, confidence, and self-awareness as they explore their capabilities and discover what they are truly capable of achieving

Launch

The “Launch” step is about empowering girls to take action and pursue their goals with confidence and determination. We work with girls to set SMART goals based on the insights gained from the testing phase, and also support girls in developing action plans, identifying resources, and overcoming any remaining barriers or obstacles. Girls are encouraged to embrace their strengths, values, and passions as they take proactive steps towards realizing their dreams and aspirations.

Completing our curriculum marks the beginning of a new chapter in the girls’ lives, as they embark on their journey towards success with a sense of purpose and direction, and of course, we are here to cheer your teen on as they develop and reach new goals.
